Daffodils were blessed and then presented to the ladies in the congregation in recognition of their contribution to their children and the community. We remembered with love and thanksgiving all who mother us in so many ways during our lives.
The daffodils were sourced from Michael O Shea who sells them in aid of cancer research and we were happy to support him in his work.
Refreshments were served in teach an tSolais after the service by Michael, Samuel and Gerhardt. David organised table tennis in the Kilfenora room, It was a lovely occassion and a privilege to be part of it
