This year marks the 130th anniversary of the Mothers Union in Ireland. As part of the celebrations, All-Ireland MU President Phyllis Grothier is visiting every Diocese across the country. Her pilgrimage started with a visit to All Saints Raheny, where the first MU branch was created, and ending in 21st May with a celebration service at 12:00 in St. Patrick, Kenmare, the home of the newest branch.
The service will be jointly led by Canon Jane Galbraith, Diocesan MU Chaplain, and P-in-C Michael Cavanagh; preacher will be the Rt. Revd. Andrew Proud, Bishop of Reading and MU Chaplain.
