On Sunday the 20th August we welcomed five of the contestants in the Rose of Tralee competition, together with their escorts, to St John’s for the morning service. They represented Washington, Melbourne, Dublin, South Carolina and Chicago.
A choir was formed for the occasion and we welcomed John O Rourke as our organist.
Tea was served in Teach an Tsolais gaving everyone an opportunity to meet with the Roses. Many thanks to all who contributed to the service.
