It has been a custom for a number of years that the first communion classes in CBS Tralee join with the Children from St Johns for the midweek service that follows the harvest thanksgiving in St John’s Ashe Street.
This allows both schools to come together to give thanks for the harvest. It also allows the second class children in CBS to visit the Church of ireland and view the wonderful decorations in the church.
