Bishop Kenneth is pleased to announce the appointment of Raylene Downes as Diocesan Registrar.
She will be the first lay-person in our diocese to hold that office.
Raylene is the secretary of and a parishioner, of Kilcornan (Castletown) Church in the Rathkeale Group of Parishes, and works as a legal executive.
She is a member of the Board of Villiers School and Villiers Housing, and a committee member of the Limerick Protestant Orphan Society
